“War must be,
while we defend our lives
against a destroyer
who would
devour all;
but I do not love
the bright sword for its sharpness,
nor
the arrow for its swiftness,
nor the warrior for his glory.
I love only
that which they defend.”
(J. R. R. Tolkien,
Faramir in The Lord of the
Rings – The Two Towers)

Came upon your blog for the first time and it had me crying. It was about the mom who just found out she was pregnant and was fearful of how her baby would be -- would it have Down Syndrome. The beautiful You Tube entry confirmed what I have believed - these babies/children are beautiful. I'm PRO-LIFE, have been since Roe v. Wade & probably before that. I work in a Mother/Baby unit as a nurse's aide & have helped with a baby withdrawing from methadone, babies who are put up for adoption, babies with cleft lip/palate and my heart goes out to them. Your Pro-Life blog is wonderful. Thank you!
